What People Are Saying

We’ve helped thousands of educators across the country. We can do the same for you.

Scott’s strategies and practices support our goal of empowering students to be independent problem-solvers prepared for the world that awaits them.
— Sarah Patterson, Principal, Oakwood, Ohio

My students understand that I cannot and will not ever make them do anything. They are free to choose their behaviors and they know consequences logically and naturally follow negative behaviors. It really is that simple.
— Melanie Knapp, Teacher, Mt. Ayr, Iowa

For me this was the best, most relevant training I have received in my 22 years of teaching. He was engaging and presented a strategy that can be implemented immediately without any extra work.
— Matt Yuhasz, Facebook Review

I can help you.

We know you are the kind of teacher who wants to make a difference in the lives of your students.

In order to do that, you need to be able to manage behaviors so that you can be a loving, calm, purveyor of knowledge rather than a police officer who “puts out fires” all day. Spending your career like this is frustrating, stressful, and just plain exhausting. I understand how it feels to want to be better at dealing with student behaviors, but to not know how. That’s why I have written a curriculum specifically for teachers in your position to learn to be calm, assertive, and loving with ALL students.

Contact our office today to schedule a no-cost needs assessment and planning session. We will work with you to determine a plan for exactly what your school or classroom needs. Together, we will transform your classroom into the place you know it can be.

Call us today and stop using warning, lecturing, threats, yelling, and anger as your behavior management plan.

Start to become the teacher you want to be NOW.
